Ruben is the best

I had such a fun experience at New Chapter and am super satisfied with my hair cut. I have tried 6 different hair dressers in Amsterdam and have never been satisfied (always lopsided, the bangs looked bad etc) but Rowan was really amazing and knew right away what I was looking for. I will definitely become a regular here! Thanks for the great all around cool vibe and awesome experience!
